Professional Qualification Programme
The Bachelor’s degree programme in Human Resources is a professional qualification accessible over three years, with admission possible directly into the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd year, depending on the candidate’s level.
This programme aims to develop the essential operational skills required for human resources management within a commercial organisation, while also strengthening the learner’s managerial profile.
It is offered as a dual pathway with the Professional Title “Responsible for a Commercial Establishment” (TP REM), allowing students to benefit from a certified track (TP REM – level 6, RNCP recognised) enhanced with a Human Resources specialisation.

Programme Objectives
Apply the rules of administrative personnel management.
Participate in internal HR communication and the drafting of documents.
Analyse recruitment needs, draft job offers, conduct interviews, and manage onboarding.
Identify and draft employment contracts in compliance with labour law.
Contribute to an HR quality management approach.
Manage payroll variables.
Identify sources of conflict and adopt an appropriate professional stance.

This programme is equivalent to all Level 6 qualifications registered with the RNCP; it does not have any direct equivalent. Candidates for this qualification may validate one or more skills modules.
Students entering the 1st or 2nd year of the Bachelor’s programme must achieve a final average of 10/20 or higher to progress to the next year, while those entering directly into the 3rd year may be exempt from certain modules.
Les étudiants qui entrent en première ou deuxième année de Bachelor doivent obligatoirement avoir une moyenne finale supérieure ou égale à de 10/20 pour passer en classe supérieure et ceux qui entrent directement en troisième année peuvent être dispensés de certains blocs de compétences.
Pour obtenir le titre certifié de niveau 6, les étudiants doivent nous transmettre l’ensemble de leurs livrables conformes et remplir les critères suivants :
- Obtenir au moins 10/20 aux évaluations continues.
- Avoir une note minimale de 12/20 à l’examen national.
- Réaliser un grand oral avec une note supérieure ou égale à 12/20.
- Valider au moins 60 % des compétences requises par bloc.

FURTHER STUDIES
This Bachelor’s programme has a professional focus and therefore leads directly to employment. Students may also continue their studies in Master 1 and 2 or at Bac+4 and Bac+5 level in Human Resources or in Human Resources and CSR, as well as at Bac+4 and Bac+5 in Business Management.

Prerequisites to enter the second year of the Bachelor programme:
Must have completed Bachelor 1 or an equivalent level.Prerequisites to enter the third year of the Bachelor programme:

Registrations for the intake on 22 September 2025 continue until 19 September 2025.
Registrations for the deferred intake on 12 January 2026 are open until 9 January 2026. Subject to available places, this intake mainly concerns Bachelor’s and Master’s programmes. Students in BTS programmes must provide proof of at least 150 hours of training completed at another centre during the 2025–2026 academic year within the targeted curriculum.
Admission Procedures
Access to our programmes can be initiated:

By the employee with their consent,
By a student or their legal guardian
Once the registration form has been completed, our centre undertakes to respond within 72 hours.
Upon receipt of your application, an admissions committee composed of at least two members meets to review your file. This review considers your professional project, your language proficiency and digital skills, as well as the prerequisites and expectations of the chosen programme’s curriculum.
A supplementary interview may also be offered to further assess your application if necessary. This may be conducted via telephone, videoconference, or in person, depending on availability and individual constraints.
A placement test will be conducted at the beginning of the programme to identify your existing knowledge, any potential remediation needs, and to adapt your educational pathway if required.

Personal funding through a student job or a bank loan.
Tuition fees may be paid in instalments.
Only the certified TP Responsable Établissement Marchand title is offered as a work-study programme: the company covers the tuition fees on behalf of the student.
