ILMIS Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Digitalisation of Operations (HR) is an RNCP-registered qualification, Level 7, which trains managers and experts over two years to define and implement an organisation’s HR strategy and align HR policies with the overall objectives of the company.

This programme is perfectly suited to the needs of managers responsible for driving HR policies, who are seeking creative, passionate, curious, and motivated team members.

The ILMIS HR Master’s enables students to be highly operational from their first professional experience. Courses, lectures, Masterclasses, and Business Games are delivered by professionals who are experts in their fields.

Programme Objectives

The Master’s degree in Human Resources and Digitalisation of Operations (HR) at ILMIS is a State-recognised Level 7 qualification that aims to achieve the following objectives:

  • Design, implement, and evaluate HR policies that support the organisation’s vision and strategic objectives.

  • Master Workforce Planning and Skills Management to anticipate necessary developments in staffing, skills, and organisational structure.

  • Master all aspects of labour law (individual and collective relations) and social obligations to ensure legal compliance and minimise litigation risks.

  • Master administrative tools and processes (payroll, social declarations, HRIS) and manage the organisation’s performance.

  • Master the entire employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, internal mobility, and offboarding.

  • Identify occupational risk factors and implement initiatives to improve Quality of Work Life (QWL), health, and workplace safety.

  • Be able to conduct social negotiations, manage relationships with social partners, and prevent conflicts.

  • Change Management: Support the organisation through transformations by managing human and social impacts.

This program does not have any equivalencies or pathways.

Students entering the first year are required to successfully complete all competency blocks.

FURTHER STUDIES

This bachelor’s degree has a professional focus and therefore leads directly to employment. You also have the option to enroll in the first year of a master’s programme.

Bachelor’s degree / Licence and Bac+4

Prerequisites:

The ILMIS Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Digitalisation of Operations (HR) is open to holders of a Licence/Bachelor or any other Level 6 qualification, and for the second year of the Master’s programme, to candidates who have completed Master 1 or obtained a waiver from the certifying body.

Admission is based on a review of the application and, if necessary, an interview.

  • Applications for the deferred January 2026 intake continue until 18 December

Access to our programmes can be initiated:

  • By the employer,

  • By the employee with their consent,

  • By a student or their legal guardian

Work-study programmes are available from the third year onwards.

Once the application form has been completed, our school undertakes to respond within 72 hours.

If the programme requires prerequisites, we will then propose, regardless of the funding method you intend to use, a knowledge assessment and/or a positioning interview (by telephone or videoconference) and/or a review of your application file.

 
 

Duration of Studies:

  • Two years for students holding a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification, and one year for students who have completed the first year of a Master’s programme.
  • Work-study programmes are possible from the third year onwards.

  • The work-study contract: the company covers the tuition fees in place of the student.

  • The Individual Training Leave (CIF).

  • The Individual Training Allowance (AIF), if you are registered as a jobseeker.

  • Personal funding, through a student job or a bank loan.

The RH specialisation year is organised around two (2) axes:

AXIS 2: CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Validation of competency blocks:

  • Block 1: Create and develop a digital entrepreneurship project with the support of AI

  • Block 2: Design a digital project using a UX Design approach adapted to AI

  • Block 3: Manage a digital project using Agile methodology, develop the functional specifications and technical documentation

  • Block 4: Develop an e-marketing and communication strategy for a digital entrepreneurship project with the support of AI

  • Block 5: Conduct studies and produce reports in business intelligence and corporate strategy

Schedule: 2 days of classes and 3 days in the company

3ème année: 100% Spécialisation : Banque Finance et Assurance

6 spécialisations sont proposés aux étudiants en 3ème année afin de maîtriser son domaine:
