Programme Objectives
Le Mastère Management et Numérisation des Processes QHSE (NP-QHSE) de l’ILMIS est un diplôme reconnu par l’État de niveau 7 qui vise à atteindre les objectifs suivants :
Acquérir une connaissance approfondie des normes et certifications en vigueur (ISO 9001 pour la Qualité, ISO 14001 pour l’Environnement, ISO 45001 pour la Santé et Sécurité au Travail, etc.).
Maîtriser quelques outils du management de la qualité (5M, diagramme de Pareto et de Gantt, brainstorming…).
Maîtriser les principes du management de la qualité.
Savoir identifier les non-conformités et proposer des actions correctives et préventives.
Définir et mettre en place des indicateurs pertinents de contrôle.
Savoir élaborer, mettre en place et faire évoluer des systèmes de management intégrés QHSE adaptés aux spécificités de l’entreprise.
Savoir utiliser et déployer les outils numériques (logiciels QHSE, GMAO, GED) pour simplifier la gestion des documents, des non-conformités, des audits, et des plans d’action.
Comprendre l’impact des technologies de l’Industrie 4.0 (IoT, IA, réalité augmentée) sur les sujets de QHSE et exploiter la Data-driven dans les missions QHSE.

This bachelor’s degree has a professional focus and therefore leads directly to employment. You also have the option to enroll in the first year of a master’s programme.

Prerequisites:
The ILMIS Master’s Degree in Management and Digitalisation of QHSE Processes (NP-QHSE) is open to holders of a Licence/Bachelor or any other Level 6 qualification, and for the second year of the Master’s programme, to candidates who have completed Master 1 or obtained a waiver from the certifying body.
Admission is based on a review of the application and, if necessary, an interview.

Applications for the deferred January 2026 intake continue until 18 December
Modalities
Access to our programmes can be initiated:

By the employee with their consent,

Work-study programmes are available from the third year onwards.
Once the application form has been completed, our school undertakes to respond within 72 hours.
If the programme requires prerequisites, we will then propose, regardless of the funding method you intend to use, a knowledge assessment and/or a positioning interview (by telephone or videoconference) and/or a review of your application file.
Duration of Studies:
- Two years for students holding a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification, and one year for students who have completed the first year of a Master’s programme.
- Work-study programmes are possible from the third year onwards.

Validation of competency blocks:
Block 1: Create and develop a digital entrepreneurship project with AI support
Block 2: Design a digital project following a UX Design approach adapted to AI
Block 3: Manage a digital project using Agile methodology, prepare a functional specification and technical documentation
Block 4: Develop an e-marketing and communication strategy for a digital entrepreneurship project with AI support
Block 5: Conduct studies and produce reports in business intelligence and corporate strategy

3ème année: 100% Spécialisation : Banque Finance et Assurance
