Professional Qualification Programme
The Bachelor’s degree in Management & Administration is a professional qualification accessible over three years, with admission possible directly into the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd year, depending on the candidate’s level.
This programme aims to strengthen key skills in organisation, budget management, performance monitoring, and team management.
It is offered as a dual pathway with the Professional Title “Responsible for a Commercial Establishment” (TP REM), a state-certified qualification (Level 6, registered with the RNCP).

Programme Objectives
Supervise routine accounting operations and produce summary documents.
Understand the strategic role of HR management within a company.

Students entering the first or second year of the Bachelor programme must successfully complete all subjects in order to progress to the next year, while those entering directly into the third year may be exempted from certain competency modules.
FURTHER STUDIES
This Bachelor programme has a professional focus and therefore leads directly to employment. Students may also continue their studies in a Master’s degree or in a Year 4 and Year 5 programme in Business Management.

Applications for the intake on 22 September 2025 are open until 19 September 2025.
Applications for the deferred intake on 12 January 2026 are open until 9 January. Subject to availability, this intake mainly concerns Bachelor’s and Master’s programmes. Students in the BTS programme must have completed at least 150 hours of training at another centre during the 2025–2026 academic year within the targeted programme.
Admission Procedure
Access to our programmes can be initiated:
By the employer,
By the employee with the employer’s consent,
By the student or their legal guardian
After completing the application form, our centre undertakes to respond within 72 hours.
Upon receipt of your application, an admissions committee composed of at least two members will convene to review your file. This review is conducted in consideration of your professional project, your language proficiency and digital skills, as well as the prerequisites and learning outcomes specified in the chosen programme’s curriculum.
An additional interview may also be proposed to further assess your application if necessary. This interview may take place by phone, videoconference, or in person, depending on availability and individual constraints.
A placement test will be conducted at the start of the programme to identify your existing knowledge, any areas requiring remediation, and to adapt your learning pathway if necessary.
Duration of Studies:
100 hours of training in Bachelor 1, 100 hours in Bachelor 2, and 100 hours in Bachelor 3 at the training centre for the specialisation.

Funding
❖ Personal funding through a student job or a bank loan.
❖ You have the option to pay your tuition fees in instalments.
❖ Only the TP Certified Merchant Establishment Manager qualification is available via a work-study programme: the company covers the tuition fees on behalf of the student.
