Professional Qualification Programme
The Bachelor’s degree programme is a three-year curriculum (Bac+1 to Bac+3) offering a common core in the first year and a specialisation in the final two years, according to the learner’s professional project.

Programme objectives
Coordinate and enhance the commercial activity of the retail establishment:
– Manage the supply chain of the retail establishment
– Oversee the commercial offering of the retail establishment
– Build and develop the customer experience
Contribute to the strategic direction of the brand and optimise the economic performance of the retail establishment:
– Contribute to the strategic orientations of the brand
– Prepare and present the forecasts for the retail establishment
– Analyse the performance of the retail establishment and define corrective actions
Manage the employees of the retail establishment:
– Oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes for employees of the retail establishment
– Optimise the collective performance of teams and the individual performance of employees
– Manage the daily operations of the retail establishment and foster team cohesion
– Engage teams in the management of the retail establishment’s projects
This programme does not have any equivalence or bridging pathways.
Students entering the 1st or 2nd year of the Bachelor’s programme must successfully complete all subjects to progress to the next year, while those entering directly into the 3rd year may be exempt from certain skills modules.
FURTHER STUDIES
This Bachelor’s programme has a professional focus and therefore leads directly to employment. Students may also continue their studies in a Master’s programme or at Bac+4 and Bac+5 level in QHSE Management or Sustainable Development.
Admission Requirements
RECRUITMENT LEVEL(S)
Must have completed a Bac+2 or an equivalent level.
DURATION OF STUDIES:
300 hours of training at the training centre + a minimum of 350 hours of in-company training.
INTERNSHIP / WORK-STUDY
A minimum of 350 hours is mandatory in the 3rd year.

ACCESS DEADLINES
Applications for the intake on 22 September 2025 will remain open until 15 September 2025.
Applications for the intake on 12 January 2026 will remain open until 05 January 2026 (this intake applies only to Bachelors and Master’s programmes).
MODALITIES
Access to our programmes can be initiated in three ways:
By the employer.
At the initiative of the employee, with their consent.
By a student or their legal guardian.
After completing the online admission form on our website, our training centre commits to responding within 72 hours.
If the programme requires prerequisites, we will propose, regardless of the intended funding method, a file review and/or an interview (in person or via videoconference). A placement test will be scheduled once your application has been accepted.
Duration of Studies:
3 years for students holding a BAC or an equivalent qualification
2 years for students holding a BAC +1 or an equivalent qualification
1 year for students holding a BAC +1 or an equivalent qualification
250 hours of classes in Bachelor 2 & 3 for students on a work-study programme
9 months of full-time classes in Bachelor 1, 2 & 3 in the standard programme
9 months via distance learning or e-learning
Bachelor 1 is only offered in the standard programme
INTERNSHIP / WORK-STUDY
In Bachelor 2: Annual course hours: minimum 300 h
In Bachelor 3: Annual course hours: minimum 400 h

❖ Personal funding through a student job or a bank loan.
❖ You have the option to pay your tuition fees in instalments.
❖ The work-study contract (only in the BTS programme): the company covers the tuition fees on behalf of the student.
