ILMIS Master’s Degree in Management and Strategy (MS) is an RNCP-registered qualification, Level 7, which trains professionals over two years to lead complex organisations, make strategic decisions, and manage performance in an ever-changing environment.

This programme is perfectly suited to the needs of managers involved in the day-to-day management of organisations, who are seeking creative, passionate, curious, and motivated team members.

The ILMIS MS Master’s enables students to be highly operational from their first professional experience. Courses, lectures, Masterclasses, and Business Games are delivered by professionals who are experts in their fields.

PROGRAMME OBJECTIVES

The Master’s in Management and Strategy (MS) at ILMIS is a State-recognised Level 7 qualification designed to achieve the following objectives:

  • Learn to analyse the macro- and microeconomic environment, identify trends, and anticipate emerging challenges.

  • Master strategic planning tools and ensure their effective operational implementation across the organisation.

  • Understand ethical, CSR, and governance issues in order to support sustainable and responsible growth.

  • Understand company valuation mechanisms, financial structuring, and risk management to inform strategic decision-making.

  • Develop leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams, manage conflicts, and support organisations through digital and organisational transformation phases.

  • Integrate innovation, talent management, and skills development as levers of performance and competitive advantage.

  • Master management control tools, budgeting processes, and performance evaluation methods to optimise resource allocation and operational efficiency.

  • Define the company’s market positioning and adapt its offerings to customer needs in order to ensure profitable growth.

This program does not have any equivalencies or pathways.

Students entering the first year are required to successfully complete all competency blocks.

FURTHER STUDIES

This bachelor’s degree has a professional focus and therefore leads directly to employment. You also have the option to enroll in the first year of a master’s programme.

Bachelor’s degree / Licence and Bac+4

Prerequisites:

The ILMIS Master’s in Management and Strategy (MS) is open to holders of a Bachelor’s degree or any other Level 6 qualification and those in their second year of a Master’s programme, to candidates who have completed Master’s 1 or have been granted an exemption by the certifying body.

Admission is based on a review of the application and, if necessary, an interview.

ACCESS DEADLINES

  • Applications for the September 2025 intake are open from 1 March to 20 September 2025

  • Applications for the deferred January 2026 intake continue until 18 December

Modalities


Access to our programmes can be initiated:

  • By the employer,

  • By the employee with their consent,

  • By a student or their legal guardian

Work-study programmes are available from the third year onwards.

Once the application form has been completed, our school undertakes to respond within 72 hours.

If the programme requires prerequisites, we will then propose, regardless of the funding method you intend to use, a knowledge assessment and/or a positioning interview (by telephone or videoconference) and/or a review of your application file.

 
 

Duration of Studies:

  • Two years for students holding a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification, and one year for students who have completed the first year of a Master’s programme.
  • Work-study programmes are possible from the third year onwards.

AXIS 2: CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Validation of competency blocks:

  • Block 1: Create and develop a digital entrepreneurship project with AI support

  • Block 2: Design a digital project following a UX Design approach adapted to AI

  • Block 3: Manage a digital project using Agile methodology, prepare a functional specification and technical specifications

  • Block 4: Develop an e-marketing and communication strategy for a digital entrepreneurship project with AI support

  • Block 5: Conduct studies and write reports in competitive intelligence and corporate strategy

Schedule: 2 days of classes and 3 days in the company

3ème année: 100% Spécialisation : Banque Finance et Assurance

6 spécialisations sont proposés aux étudiants en 3ème année afin de maîtriser son domaine:
