ILMIS Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurial Management, Digital Project and Digital Strategy (PN-SD) is an RNCP-registered qualification, Level 7, which trains experts over two years to combine social inclusion and citizen support in order to lead a company’s digital transformation or to create their own startup.

PROGRAMME OBJECTIVES
Master in Entrepreneurial Management of Digital Projects and Digital Strategy (PN-SD) at ILMIS is a Level 7 State-recognised diploma designed to achieve the following objectives:
Learn to launch products rapidly using an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) to test the market.
Acquire the skills to build a financing plan, choose a legal structure, and manage human resources.
Learn to identify untapped markets to avoid direct competition.
Conduct tests and interviews, and create personas and empathy maps.
Design wireframes and functional prototypes to visualise the interface before development.
Facilitate co-creation workshops to generate innovative solutions.
Apply creative techniques to achieve rapid user growth.
Implement strategic monitoring to anticipate competitor movements.
Master frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban to manage production cycles.
Write precise functional and technical specifications.
This program does not have any equivalencies or pathways.
Students entering the first year are required to successfully complete all competency blocks.
FURTHER STUDIES
This bachelor’s degree has a professional focus and therefore leads directly to employment. You also have the option to enroll in the first year of a master’s programme.

Prerequisites:
The ILMIS Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurial Management, Digital Project and Digital Strategy (PN-SD) is open to holders of a Licence/Bachelor or any other Level 6 qualification, and for the second year of the Master’s programme, to candidates who have completed Master 1 or obtained a waiver from the certifying body.
Admission is based on a review of the application and, if necessary, an interview.

Modalities
Access to our programmes can be initiated:
By the employer,
By the employee with their consent,

Work-study programmes are available from the third year onwards.
Once the application form has been completed, our school undertakes to respond within 72 hours.
If the programme requires prerequisites, we will then propose, regardless of the funding method you intend to use, a knowledge assessment and/or a positioning interview (by telephone or videoconference) and/or a review of your application file.
Duration of Studies:
- Two years for students holding a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification, and one year for students who have completed the first year of a Master’s programme.
- Work-study programmes are possible from the third year onwards.

Validation of competency blocks:
Block 1: Create and develop a digital entrepreneurship project with AI support
Block 2: Design a digital project following a UX Design approach adapted to AI
Block 3: Manage a digital project using Agile methodology and prepare functional specifications and technical documentation
Block 4: Develop an e-marketing and communication strategy for a digital entrepreneurship project with AI support
Block 5: Conduct studies and produce reports in business intelligence and corporate strategy

3ème année: 100% Spécialisation : Banque Finance et Assurance
