ILMIS Master’s Degree in Project and Innovation Management (MPI) is an RNCP-registered qualification, Level 7, which trains managers over two years to transform creative ideas into tangible and profitable realities, with a focus on managing uncertainty and leading change.

PROGRAMME OBJECTIVES
The Master’s in Project and Innovation Management (MPI) at ILMIS is a State-recognised Level 7 qualification designed to achieve the following objectives:
Learn to navigate between the V-model and Agile methodologies to adapt to the pace of innovation
Use software tools for monitoring and reporting
Master competitive intelligence and technological watch to identify tomorrow’s trends
Apply user-centred approaches to design products or services that meet real needs
Understand how to protect innovations and manage legal aspects
Learn to coordinate diverse profiles (engineers, designers, marketers)
Know how to “sell” a project internally to management or externally to investors
Support employees through organisational transformations linked to new technologies
Evaluate project profitability, manage an R&D budget, and identify funding sources
Be able to write a robust business plan for a new venture or start-up
This program does not have any equivalencies or pathways.
Students entering the first year are required to successfully complete all competency blocks.
FURTHER STUDIES
This bachelor’s degree has a professional focus and therefore leads directly to employment. You also have the option to enroll in the first year of a master’s programme.

Prerequisites:
The ILMIS Master’s Degree in Project and Innovation Management (MPI) is open to holders of a Licence/Bachelor or any other Level 6 qualification, and for the second year of the Master’s programme, to candidates who have completed Master 1 or obtained a waiver from the certifying body.
Admission is based on a review of the application and, if necessary, an interview.

Applications for the September 2025 intake are open from 1 March to 20 September 2025
Applications for the deferred January 2026 intake continue until 18 December
Modalities
Access to our programmes can be initiated:
By the employer,
By the employee with their consent,
By a student or their legal guardian
Work-study programmes are available from the third year onwards.
Once the application form has been completed, our school undertakes to respond within 72 hours.
If the programme requires prerequisites, we will then propose, regardless of the funding method you intend to use, a knowledge assessment and/or a positioning interview (by telephone or videoconference) and/or a review of your application file.
Duration of Studies:
- Two years for students holding a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification, and one year for students who have completed the first year of a Master’s programme.
- Work-study programmes are possible from the third year onwards.

Competency Block Validation:
Block 1: Create and develop a digital entrepreneurship project with AI support
Block 2: Design a digital project following a UX Design approach, adapted to AI
Block 3: Manage a digital project using agile methodology, preparing the functional specifications and technical requirements
Block 4: Develop an e-marketing and communication strategy for a digital entrepreneurship project with AI support
Block 5: Conduct studies and write reports on competitive intelligence and business strategy

3ème année: 100% Spécialisation : Banque Finance et Assurance
